Value for money was amazing, we had a great “departamento” for four people at an incredible price. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet included in the price, so many choices for an amazing start of the day. The location was wonderful, in the heart of the city center, surrounded by parks and plazas.

The room was a bit small, but it was still cozy and had everything we needed. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but nothing that affected our sleep.

The location is great, close to all attractions, with convenient onsite parking, we would definitely revisit.

The hotel had a great location, close to the bus terminal and the city center. It was easy to get around and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff, although not all of them spoke English, were extremely helpful and supportive. The bed was also comfortable which made for a good night's sleep.

Friendly and attentive staff - The staff members were extremely helpful and supportive, always ready to assist with any concerns or requests.

The rooms were dated, cramped and in need of refurbishment. Noise from the street and nearby businesses could be heard, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Nothing it was perfect.

Although we found some aspects enjoyable, overall we were left underwhelmed. Unfortunately, we found the room small and lackluster, with a dated air conditioning unit that made sleeping difficult. Breakfast was average, and the restaurant was expensive with the food not living up to expectations.

Noise was a major issue, disturbing our rest throughout the night.
